Terms and Conditions – wlnpkr Betting & Casino Platform

By accessing the wlnpkr platform – whether through the website, the mobile application or any other means – and by registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the wlnpkr platform in Pakistan.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account or use the wlnpkr platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

wlnpkr reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

To register and maintain an active account on wlnpkr, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be registering on your own behalf, using accurate and complete personal information. You may not register on behalf of another person.
• You must not already hold an existing active or previously suspended account on wlnpkr. Each person is permitted to hold only one account.

• You must not be acting as an agent for a third party or running a commercial betting operation through your personal account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact wlnpkr customer support immediately. We will take appropriate steps to secure your account while the matter is investigated. We cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has been negligent in protecting their credentials.

• Do not share your password with family, friends or any third party.
• Do not save your login details on shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Enable biometric login on the wlnpkr mobile app where available for added security.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to support immediately.

wlnpkr reserves the right to suspend or close any account that shows signs of suspicious activity, multiple account creation, identity fraud or any other activity that violates these terms. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified and given the opportunity to respond where appropriate.

All deposits on wlnpkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, bank cards and mobile wallets. Deposits are generally credited to your wlnpkr account in real time or within a short processing window depending on the method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.

Withdrawal requests on wlnpkr are processed within the published timeframes shown in the Withdrawal section of the platform. Standard processing windows apply to regular accounts. VIP members at Platinum and Diamond tiers receive priority withdrawal processing which results in faster turnaround times in practice.

To submit a withdrawal request, you must have completed any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in your account. Real-money deposits that have not been matched to a bonus are withdrawable at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and identity verification requirements.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses on wlnpkr carry a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a stated number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of PKR 10,000 in bets before the bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Real-money funds are used first in most betting and game scenarios unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus funds or unsatisfied wagering requirements that expire will be removed from your account automatically.

Bet Acceptance: wlnpkr reserves the right to accept, decline or limit any bet at its absolute discretion. This includes imposing maximum win limits, restricting bet amounts on specific markets or declining bets from accounts that have been flagged for suspicious activity. Where a bet is not accepted, any staked amount will be returned to your account balance.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Please verify your selection, stake amount and odds before confirming any bet.
• In-play bets are accepted during live matches subject to availability. Live odds may be suspended at any time due to match events, score changes or technical issues.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport rules stated on the platform. In most cases, stakes are returned for void events.
